Thanks to a tweet by PassionateGreen, I just found out about the Environmentalists for Obama group. Although I don’t agree 100% with his ideas about solving issues like global warming (mainly the thought the coal will ever be clean), I do strongly believe he is the best choice available to help move our country toward a greener future.

From Environmentalists for Obama:

I just signed up as an Environmentalist for Obama. Now, more than ever, we need a strong environmental leader like Barack Obama as President. His well-known dedication to the environment has been proven during his years in state government and the U.S. Senate. I think he has the ability to bring people together to resolve the tough environmental and energy challenges facing us today.

I hope you will check out his website and join me by signing up as an Environmentalist for Obama. Once you have done this, you will be given the opportunity to attend or host special environmental events and activities in your area to help support his campaign.
